General Terms
Agreement to Use the Interface
Access to the Dexsport online environment is governed by the rules set out below. This environment includes the website dexsport.io and related access points, which are collectively referred to as the “Interface”. Through the Interface, users may interact with a community-driven system connected with Dexsport data protocols, supporting software, virtual currency tools, and liquidity-related functions.
By opening, browsing, connecting to, or otherwise using the Interface, the user accepts these Terms as a binding legal agreement with Dexsport. If the Interface is used on behalf of a company or another legal entity, the person using it confirms authority to accept these Terms for that entity. Users who do not accept these Terms must stop using the Interface.
Continued use also means acceptance of the dispute resolution rules contained in these Terms, including individual arbitration where applicable and waiver of class or representative proceedings.
Conditions for Access
The Interface is available only to users who are at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity, and can enter into a binding agreement with Dexsport. Users must also ensure that their access complies with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, and restrictive measures.
Access is not permitted for individuals or entities connected with the United States, including citizens, residents, incorporated entities, or entities with a registered office or principal place of business there. Access is also unavailable from restricted jurisdictions, including Myanmar, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Cuba, Crimea and Sevastopol, Belarus, Antigua and Barbuda, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bolivia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Liberia, Nicaragua, North Korea, Nepal, Somalia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, Ecuador, and any other jurisdiction subject to sanctions enforced by the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union.
Users must not use VPNs, proxies, address-masking tools, IP masking, or similar methods to bypass geographic restrictions. Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or refuse access to the Interface for any user, entity, location, or jurisdiction at any time.
Legal and Compliance Duties
Each user is solely responsible for determining whether use of the Interface is lawful in their location and under the rules that apply to them. Dexsport is not required to advise users about legal duties, tax obligations, reporting duties, required filings, licensing issues, or regulatory restrictions.
The Interface must not be used where such use would be unlawful or would impose registration, licensing, or other legal obligations on Dexsport that Dexsport has not accepted. Users must also make sure that any virtual currency or crypto asset used in connection with Dexsport comes from lawful sources. Dexsport may deny or block access if assets are connected with drug trade, dark web activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, theft, criminal proceeds, or other unlawful activity.
Blockchain Technology and User Risk
The Interface allows users to access decentralized networks, virtual currency systems, blockchain tools, and related supporting software. These systems involve risks that cannot be removed completely, including cryptographic failures, network congestion, virtual currency volatility, protocol errors, smart contract vulnerabilities, transaction delays, and changes in on-chain transaction fees.
Dexsport does not control blockchain networks, virtual currency systems, transaction confirmation processes, public blockchain software, or the Protocol itself. On-chain actions may take place outside Dexsport’s direct or indirect control. Dexsport cannot cancel, reverse, modify, confirm, or guarantee any blockchain interaction started by the user.
Information made available through the Interface is provided for reference only. It is not an offer, solicitation, investment recommendation, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other professional recommendation. Users should consult qualified specialists before making decisions connected with the Interface.
By using the Interface, users confirm that they understand the risks of blockchain-based digital assets and decentralized technologies. Users accept full responsibility for all decisions, transactions, and actions taken through or in connection with the Interface. Dexsport assumes no liability for losses linked to market volatility, transaction speed, on-chain fees, blockchain conditions, or similar factors.
Users are responsible for protecting private keys, wallet credentials, passwords, devices, and virtual currency. Dexsport is not responsible for private keys, wallets, passwords, devices, or assets that are lost, stolen, mishandled, compromised, or impossible to recover.
Prohibited Use
Users must not use the Interface for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, manipulative, harmful, or security-compromising activity. Prohibited conduct includes breaching these Terms or applicable law, infringing intellectual property or privacy rights, interfering with systems or networks, deploying harmful code, reverse engineering the Interface, publishing false or misleading information, spoofing, wash trading, market manipulation, fraud, or similar misconduct.
Users must also avoid Web3-specific prohibited conduct, including attempts to obtain another user’s private keys or wallet credentials, laundering crypto assets, using assets derived from criminal proceeds, dark web activity, drug trade, fraud, theft, or other illegal sources, or bypassing regional restrictions through VPNs, proxies, IP masking, or similar tools. If Dexsport believes that a user has violated these Terms, applicable law, or platform security requirements, Dexsport may restrict, suspend, or terminate that user’s access.
Ownership and Submitted Materials
Dexsport owns or controls intellectual property rights connected with the Interface and its content, including software, text, designs, images, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, and other protected materials, except where certain elements form part of open-source protocol software. Accessing or using the Interface does not give users ownership, intellectual property rights, or other proprietary rights in those materials.
Without express authorization from Dexsport, users may not copy, modify, adapt, license, sell, publish, distribute, or allow third parties to access or use the Interface or its content for unauthorized purposes. Users retain ownership of information and materials they submit through the Interface. By submitting such materials, users grant Dexsport a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, and process them in accordance with applicable laws. Dexsport may also use feedback, bug reports, comments, suggestions, and similar materials without compensation or confidentiality obligations.
External Resources and Privacy
The Interface may contain links or references to third-party websites, materials, products, services, promotions, or other resources. Dexsport does not own, control, endorse, or assume responsibility for those resources. Users access them entirely at their own risk.
Use of the Interface also means acknowledgment of Dexsport’s Privacy Policy. Personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and otherwise processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy and applicable regulations.
No Warranty
The Interface is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Dexsport disclaims all warranties of any category, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding the Interface, the Protocol, code, data, or related information.
Dexsport does not guarantee that the Interface or related data will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for any particular purpose, free from defects, or free from harmful components. No statement or information made available through the Interface creates any warranty. Users assume full responsibility for all risks arising from their use of the Interface.
Liability and Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dexsport and its related parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages. This includes loss of profits, goodwill, data, use, private keys, virtual currency, or other intangible property. This limitation applies to losses arising from hacking, unauthorized access, service interruptions, technical failures, errors, bugs, viruses, third-party conduct, or use of information obtained through the Interface.
Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dexsport and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the Interface, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or use of the Interface by another party with the user’s assistance.
Disputes and Notice
Any dispute between a user and Dexsport relating to these Terms or the Interface is a private dispute between those two parties. Users may bring proceedings only in an individual capacity. They may not seek class arbitration, file a class action, or pursue representative proceedings.
Before formal proceedings begin, the user must send a notice to [email protected]. The notice must include the user’s name, mailing address, email address, description of the dispute, and requested action. If the dispute remains unresolved after thirty days, either party may initiate arbitration where permitted under these Terms. All claims must be filed within one year from the date the dispute arises. If this deadline is missed, the right to file the claim will be permanently barred.
Governing Rules
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seychelles, with conflict of laws principles excluded. Any unresolved dispute related to these Terms or the Interface must be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English in London, United Kingdom, under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration.
The arbitrator may not consolidate claims from multiple parties or preside over class, representative, or multi-party proceedings. The Interface is deemed to be based in the Seychelles, and access from any other region does not establish jurisdiction outside the Seychelles.
Updates and Final Provisions
Dexsport may publish updated versions of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when the user first accesses or uses the Interface after the updated version is published. Continued use of the Interface is deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. If the user does not agree to the revised Terms, the user’s sole remedy is to stop using the Interface. Rights and obligations that are required to remain effective after termination of use shall remain valid. These Terms and all incorporated supporting materials constitute the entire agreement between the user and Dexsport regarding use of the Interface and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings concerning the same subject matter.
